We are a full service builder in the Coeur d'Alene area and can build any style of pole building wether it be simple or more complex with living spaces. We are different from most General Contractors, because we do majority of the work ourselves, this saves our client's time and cuts costs. For most pole buildings all that is needed is a size and a general layout. For Barndomiums we can build any plan with your desired finishes, if you don't have one you can take a look at our list with a few customizable designs.

About Us
Local, Honest, Dependable.
We are a local family-owned company out of Rockford Bay. We provide our services to Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas throughout North Idaho. We have resided here our entire lives so it is important to us that we are putting out a positive image within the communities and being known as a local builder you can trust. With that being said Quality and Satisfaction is what we strive to accomplish with everything we are involved in.

With 20+ years in the trade, there is not much that we aren't familiar with. Wether you are looking to add new structures to your property or freshen up some that are already existing, we offer a variety of building and excavation services to assist you with your needs.
The Owner
Sam Montague
Sam was born and raised in Worley, Idaho, a small town about 25 miles south of Coeur d'Alene. There he attended elementary and high school until graduating. After graduation Sam started and completed the Carpentry program at North Idaho College and has been working in the trade ever since. Over the years he had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in and out of the area, from custom homes and apartments to decks and docks. With over 2 decades in the trade he has learned a lot and there isn't much that he hasn't seen.

Sam is far from the man in the office, but rather the man at the forefront of every project, wherever there is work being done you will almost always find him there. He is the heart of the company and the one bringing client's projects into reality, making sure their wants and needs are being met and expectations exceeded.
